Information we collect

Depending on how you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number if you provide it, project details, reference images, CAD or 3D files, correspondence, and information needed to prepare a quote or fulfil an order. If an order proceeds, we may also process delivery, invoicing and payment-related records. Payment card details are handled by the relevant payment provider rather than being requested through this website enquiry form.

Why we use your information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, assess files, prepare quotes, discuss and manufacture requested work, provide customer service, arrange delivery, keep business and accounting records, protect our business from misuse or fraud, and meet legal obligations.

Our usual lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing a contract with you, complying with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating and protecting our business. We do not add website enquirers to marketing lists simply because they contacted us.

Who we may share it with

We may use service providers that support our email, website hosting, file storage, payments, accounting or delivery. We only share information where it is needed for the relevant service, to comply with law, or to establish or defend legal rights. If a provider processes information outside the UK, we use the safeguards required by applicable data protection law where relevant.

How long we keep it

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected. The period depends on whether an enquiry becomes an order, whether files are still needed for repeat work or support, and any accounting, tax, legal or dispute-resolution requirements. Unsuccessful or inactive enquiries and project files are periodically reviewed and deleted when no longer needed.

Uploaded files

Files submitted with an enquiry are used to assess or carry out the requested work. Please do not upload material you do not have the right to share. If a file contains personal or confidential information that is not needed for the project, remove that information before sending it.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access your personal information, ask us to correct or erase it, restrict or object to its use, and receive certain information in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent. These rights are subject to legal conditions and exemptions.
