Website information

We aim to keep the website accurate and useful, but examples, photographs, descriptions, lead times and material information are general guidance unless they are expressly included in your quote or order confirmation. We may update or withdraw website content without notice.

Enquiries and quotes

Sending a form or email does not oblige you to buy and does not oblige us to accept a project. We may need to inspect files, ask questions or recommend changes before quoting. A quote is based on the information and files available at the time and may change if the specification, quantity, material, finish, deadline or supplied model changes.

Your files, designs and permissions

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide and use any files, logos, characters, images or designs you send us, and for telling us about any restrictions that apply. We may refuse work where ownership or permitted use is unclear.

3D printed parts and tolerances

FDM 3D printing is a manufacturing process with visible layer lines and normal dimensional, colour and surface variation. Unless otherwise agreed, visual references and renders are illustrative rather than a guarantee of an identical finish. Fit-critical, safety-critical or load-bearing applications should be identified before ordering so we can discuss suitable materials, tolerances and testing.

Custom orders, changes and cancellation

Most of our work is made to a customer's specification. Once production has started, changes may involve additional cost or may not be possible. Under UK distance-selling rules, goods made to a consumer's specifications or clearly personalised can fall outside the usual change-of-mind cancellation right. Any cancellation position for a particular order will depend on the nature and stage of that order and will be confirmed where relevant.

Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights. If goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet rights that apply by law, those rights remain unaffected.

Payment and production

Payment timing will be stated in the quote or order confirmation. Unless agreed otherwise, production starts only once any required payment and final files or specifications have been received. Estimated completion and delivery dates are targets rather than guaranteed deadlines unless we expressly agree a guaranteed date in writing.

Delivery

Where delivery is included, we will use the address you provide. Please check it carefully. If a parcel is visibly damaged, keep the packaging and contact us promptly with photographs so we can investigate with the carrier.

Use of supplied parts

You are responsible for deciding whether a finished item is suitable for your intended use unless we have expressly agreed a particular performance requirement. Do not use decorative or prototype parts in safety-critical applications unless that use has been specifically assessed and agreed.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or rights that cannot legally be excluded. For business customers, any additional project-specific liability terms may be set out in the quote or order confirmation.

Law

These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also retain any mandatory protections and rights available to you under applicable consumer law.
